How to Find and Fix Missing Expiration Dates

In this section, we’ll show you how to identify documents with missing expiration dates and how to update them so they can be tracked.

Find Missing Expiration Dates from the Dashboard

  1. From the sidebar, click on Dashboard

    Click on Dashboard

  2. Locate the Expirations section

    Click on Expirations…

  3. Click on Missing Dates

    Select an option

  4. Review the list of applicants with documents missing expiration dates and select the one you want to check

  5. You will be redirected to the specific document

    Click on Set date

  6. Under the document name, click on Set Date

    Click on Set date

  7. Select the expiration date

    Select a date

  8. If you are ready to complete the review:

  • Click on Approve

    Click on Approve

  • After updating the date, you will see the expiration indicator dot showing the document’s expiration status

    Click on 03/05/2026

  • The document status and the checklist item will be set to Completed.

    Click on dropdown trigger

Find Missing Expiration Dates from the Applicant Profile

  1. From the Applicants page , click on the applicant’s name

  2. From the top bar, click on Documents

    Click on Documents

  3. Locate documents with a red dot, hover over the dot to see “Missing Expiration Date”

  4. Click on the three dots for Actions

    Click on Actions

  5. Click on Edit

    Click on Edit

  6. Update the expiration date or other fields

    Type Expiration Date

  7. If you are ready to complete the review, change the status to Completed

    Click on Status

  8. Click Save

    Click on Save

  9. The document status and the checklist item will also be set to Completed

    Click on dropdown trigger

  10. You will see the expiration indicator dot showing the document’s expiration status

Now you can identify missing expiration dates and ensure all required documents are properly tracked!
