Find Missing Expiration Dates from the Dashboard
From the sidebar, click on Dashboard
Locate the Expirations section
Click on Missing Dates
Review the list of applicants with documents missing expiration dates and select the one you want to check
You will be redirected to the specific document
Under the document name, click on Set Date
Select the expiration date
If you are ready to complete the review:
Click on Approve
After updating the date, you will see the expiration indicator dot showing the document’s expiration status
The document status and the checklist item will be set to Completed.
Find Missing Expiration Dates from the Applicant Profile
From the Applicants page , click on the applicant’s name
From the top bar, click on Documents
Locate documents with a red dot, hover over the dot to see “Missing Expiration Date”
Click on the three dots for Actions
Click on Edit
Update the expiration date or other fields
If you are ready to complete the review, change the status to Completed
Click Save
The document status and the checklist item will also be set to Completed
You will see the expiration indicator dot showing the document’s expiration status
Now you can identify missing expiration dates and ensure all required documents are properly tracked!
