If the AI prediction needs review, confirm or adjust the information before saving. For the full AI-assisted upload process, see How to Use Document Intelligence When Uploading Documents.
Expiration Status Indicators
Expiration dates now show a colored dot across all document views:
🔴 Red: Expired (past the expiration date)
🟡 Yellow: Expiring soon (within 60 days)
🟢 Green: Healthy (more than 60 days out)
Expiration Tracking Icon
Some documents will display an expiration tracker icon, which means that expiration reminders are scheduled. (See: How to Enable Expiration Tracking & Set-Up Automated Reminders in Double Nickel)
To view details:
Click on the expiration tracker icon
In the sidebar, review:
Edit an Expiration Date
Locate the document and click on the three dots for Actions
Update the expiration date or other fields
Click Save
Mark a Document as Renewed
Use this option when a document has been replaced or updated. Marking it as renewed removes it from active expiration tracking and ensures the system focuses on the most recent valid document.
Now you can set expiration dates, track document status, and keep applicant records up to date with confidence!
