How to Set and Edit an Expiration Date for a Document

In this section, we’ll show you how to set an expiration date when uploading a document and how to edit it later if needed.

Set an Expiration Date:

  1. From the sidebar, click on Applicants

  2. Click on the name of the applicant you want to update

  3. From the top bar, click on Documents

  4. Under Items, go into the document category where you want to add the file (for example: Application, MVR, PSP, Background Check, etc.)

  5. Click on Upload

  6. Click the box to upload or drag and drop your file:

  7. Add a Name to your document

  8. Select a Status for the document

  9. Select an Expiration Date for the document

  10. Click Save:

    You will see a warning icon if the document is close to expiring:

Edit an Expiration Date:

  1. From the top bar, click on Documents

  2. Under Items, go to the specific category where the document is

  3. Select the document you want to edit and click the dropdown trigger

  4. Click Edit

  5. Click on Expiration Date and choose the new date:

  6. Click Save:

You can also find the document in Documents under the top bar, and follow the same steps to set up and update the expiration date:

Now you can easily manage and update expiration dates for all applicant documents!
