Categorize a Document:
From the sidebar, click on Applicants
Click on the name of the applicant you want to update:
From the top bar, click on Documents
Under Items, go into the category where you want to upload the document (for example: Application, MVR, PSP, Background Check, etc.)
Click on Upload and then, upload or drag and drop your file
Edit a Document’s Category:
Method 1: Edit from Inside the Category
From the top bar, click on Documents
Under Items, go into the category where the document is currently located
Select the document you want to edit and click the dropdown trigger
Click Edit
Click on Category and select the new category for the document
Click Save
Method 2: Edit from the Main Documents List
In the top bar under Documents, click on Documents again
Select the current category where the document is stored
Click on the new category you want to move the document to
The document will update to the new category automatically
Now you can easily edit a document’s category using either method!
