In this section, we’ll show you how to create, edit, and use tags to organize and filter applicants.

Steps to Create a New Tag

  1. From the sidebar, click on Settings

  2. Click on Company

  3. In front of Tags, click on Create

  4. Add a Label Name

  5. Add a Category

  6. Click Create Tag

Add Tags to an Applicant's Profile

1. Click on the applicant

2. Click the + button next to Tags

3. Click on the tag you would like to add

Edit or Delete a Tag

  1. Click on the dropdown trigger next to the tag

  2. Click Edit or Delete

Use Tags in Searches

  1. From the sidebar, click on Applicants

  2. Click on Filters

  3. Click on Tags

  4. Select the tag you want to filter by

Now you can easily organize applicants and refine your searches using tags!
