Document expirations are a critical part of compliance in driver onboarding and post-hire processes. As your team grows and manages more drivers, tracking expiration dates manually can become time-consuming and prone to errors. Expiration Tracking helps streamline this process by giving your team full visibility into expiring, and renewed documents in one place.
With the Expiration Tracking page, you can:
View all document expirations across applicants
Identify upcoming expiration dates
Track days remaining until expiration
See upcoming and completed notifications
Open a detailed sidebar with document and applicant information
Review the full audit trail of actions taken
Monitor scheduled outreach related to expirations
