Steps to Update the Status of an Expiration Tracker in Double Nickel
From the sidebar, click on Expirations
Select the expiration tracker you want to update
In the right-side menu, click on Edit
In front of Status, select the new status:
Renewed: Marks the tracker as renewed and cancels all scheduled notifications. Use this when the document has been updated or replaced.
Cancelled: Cancels the tracker and all scheduled notifications. This action cannot be undone.
Archived: Archives the tracker and cancels all scheduled notifications. Use this to keep a record without actively tracking it.
Click on Confirm
Now you can update expiration trackers and manage notifications based on your workflow needs!
