Steps to Configure the Employment Verification Settings
From the sidebar, click on Settings
Click on Company
Under Company, click on Employment Verifications
Click Edit
Update the following settings as needed:
Employee assigned to incoming verification requests
Employees assigned to outgoing verification requests
Outgoing verification period
Auto-cancel expired verifications
Under Automated Outreach, choose whether to enable it
Under Business Days Scheduling, choose whether outreach should only be scheduled on weekdays
Under Outreach Start Condition, select when outreach should begin:
Immediately on verification creation
After manual attempts
Via automation rule only

Under Outreach Steps, configure the sequence of outreach attempts sent to the previous employer
If you want to add another step, click the + sign
If you want to remove a step, click the trash can icon
Click Save
Now you can customize how Employment Verifications are assigned, tracked, and followed up on across your company!
