Steps to Review Documents Received via SMS with Document Intelligence in Double Nickel
When you receive a document via SMS, go to your Inbox and locate the message with the uploaded document
You will see a label indicating “Needs Review in Documents”
Click on Needs Review in Documents
You will be redirected to the specific document that needs review
Review the AI pop-up messages:
You will see the predicted category and the confidence percentage
You can take an initial action:
Click Apply CDL if the prediction is correct
Click Dismiss if it is not
To complete the review, from the top bar, click on Documents
Click on Documents
Locate the document received via SMS and click on the document name
Review and confirm the AI predictions from the Documents view:
If you did not take action in the previous view, you can still:
Click Apply if the prediction is correct
Click Dismiss if it is not
Review the applied fields:
AI-detected fields will appear in the document, hover over them to see the confidence level
Edit any field if needed:
Click on the field (e.g., expiration date)
Select the correct value
Click Approve
The document status will be set to Completed
The checklist item will also be updated to Completed
Now you can quickly access and review documents received via SMS from multiple entry points using Document Intelligence!
