Steps to Update Field Requirements
From the sidebar, click on Settings
Under Templates, click on Documents
Locate and select the document template you want to edit
In the sidebar menu, locate the field you want to update and select the field setting
Choose whether the field is Required or Optional
Confirm the field has been updated
Click Save
Steps to Update Required Signers
Locate the field you want to update and select the signer field setting
Choose who should complete the field (Applicant, Employee, Both, None)
Confirm the field has been updated
Click Save
Now you can control which fields are required and who is responsible for completing them in your e-signature documents!
