How to Create and Edit E-Signature Packages

In this section, we’ll show you how to create document packages and add document templates for sending grouped e-signature documents.

E-Signature Packages let you bundle multiple documents into a single package and send them to applicants in one email. After you send the package, the applicant receives one e-signature request, making it easy for both the applicant and recruiter to quickly review and sign all included documents.

New individual documents must be configured by the Double Nickel team before you can add them to an E-Signature Package. To request that a document be added, please click the question mark in the top right corner of your Double Nickel dashboard to submit your request.

Steps to Create Document Packages

  1. From the sidebar, click on Settings

  2. Under Integrations, click on E-Signature Packages

  3. Click on Add Package

  4. Add a name for the package

  5. Click Create

  6. Select the name of the package you just created

  7. Under Documents, use the search bar to select the document template(s) you want to add

  8. The templates will be added and saved automatically

  9. To remove a document from the package, click the X

Now you can easily group document templates into packages for faster sending and signing!
