Note: This article walks you through how to assign recruiters and employees at the Tracking Link-level (for example, Facebook leads for a specific job listing).

To assign recruiters and employees at the Job Listing-level (for example, all leads for a specific job listing), please visit the link here.

To assign recruiters and employees at the Applicant-level, please visit the link here.

Applicant-level and Tracking link–level assignments override job listing–level assignments. If multiple Lead Employees are selected, leads will be assigned round-robin between the Lead Employees selected.

Steps to Assign Recruiter(s) and Additional Employees to a Tracking Link

If multiple employees are assigned as Members, all Members are added to each applicant lead.

  6. Select the recruiter or employee you want as the lead
