How to Assign or Re-Assign an Applicant to a Recruiter and Multiple Employees

In this section, we’ll show you how to assign a Lead Employee and additional Member employees to an applicant so multiple team members can stay involved throughout the hiring process.

Steps to Assign or Re-Assign an Applicant to a Recruiter and Multiple Employees

  1. From the sidebar, click on Applicants

  2. Click on the name of the applicant you want to update

  3. In front of Employees, click the dropdown trigger

  4. Under Lead Employee, click to assign or re-assign the primary employee responsible

  5. Select the lead employee (or new lead)

  6. Under Members, click Add Member

  7. Select the additional team member(s)

  8. You will see their initials appear in the Employees row

  9. Changes are saved automatically

Now you can easily assign multiple employees to the same applicant with clear ownership and collaboration!
