How to Assign or Reassign Multiple Job Listings to Recruiters and Employees

In this section, we’ll show you how to assign or reassign multiple job listings to a recruiter and additional employees at once.

Steps to Assign or Reassign Multiple Job Listings to Recruiters and Employees

  1. From the sidebar, click on Job Listings

  2. Select the job listings by checking their boxes

  3. Click on Actions

  4. Click on Assign Employees

  5. Under Lead Employees, click Add Lead

    Note: If you select multiple employees under "Lead Employees", assignments will round robin between all employees selected.

  6. Select the recruiter(s) you want to round-robin between as lead

  7. Under Members, click Add Member

    Note: If you select multiple employees under "Members", all selected employees will be assigned to the applicant.

  8. Select the additional employee(s) you want to assign

  9. Click Assign to Job Listings (the number will reflect how many listings you selected)

Now you can quickly reassign multiple job listings to the right recruiters and team members in one step!
