Steps to Create a Background Check Automation
From the sidebar, click on Settings
Click on Automations
Click on Create Rule
Enter a name for your rule
In front of Actions, click the + sign and select Request Order
Select the background check order you want the automation to generate
In front of Conditions, click the + sign and select Applicant Stage
Select Prospect
Then select Qualification as the hiring stage
In front of Scheduling, click the switch to enable scheduling
Set the Initial Delay (when the automation should run for the first time)
Set a Run Frequency (how often the automation should repeat)
Set the Maximum Runs (how many total times the automation will run according to the schedule)
Click Save
Now your background check orders will be placed automatically based on your automation settings!
