How to Place Background Check Orders

How to place background check orders through Double Nickel using the Asurint or HireRight integration.

Steps to Place a Background Check Order:

1. Navigate to the applicant's profile.

Option 1: From the Documents Page

2. Click on Documents

Click on Documents

3. Click on Request

Click on Request

4. Click on Select the provider and the package you need

Click on Select the provider and the package you need.

5. Select the package you would like to request from the dropdown

Click on Asurint - MVR Only Package…

6. Click Confirm


Option 2: From the Orders Page

2. Click on Orders

Click on Orders

3. Click on Request

Click on Request

4. Click on Select the provider and the package you need

Click on Select the provider and the package you need.

5. Select the package you would like to request from the dropdown

Click on Asurint - MVR Only Package…

6. Click Confirm

Your background check order has been placed through our integration partner!
