Reach out to Asurint
Send an email (see example below) to your Asurint Account Representative or reach out to Asurint customer support with the Double Nickel team cc'd.
State that you would like to provide your Asurint credentials to Double Nickel for use.
Please keep in mind that integration partners manage their own timelines, and while we’ll support as much as we can, some elements remain outside of Double Nickel’s control.

Hello [Account Representative],
I’m reaching out to let you know that our company, [Company Name], will be transitioning our recruiting services to Double Nickel (cc'd).
Can you please provide our credentials to Double Nickel for integration into the platform?
