Recommended Steps to Transition
Provide Notice to Previous Solution
Send an email (see example below) to your previous solution's account representative. If you do not have a representative, you can create a ticket.
State the date you’d like your contract to end.
Ideally, your contract should end two weeks after your Double Nickel go-live date.
Plan a Two-Week Overlap Period
On the Double Nickel go-live date, we will route all new leads generated to Double Nickel.
This will allow you a two week overlap period to finalize existing applicants in your previous solution.
Wrap Up in Previous Solution
Finish processing applicants in previous solution.
Obtain Your Data from Previous Solution
Once your previous account closes, they will provide your data export and a password.
Forward that export and the password to the Double Nickel team for migration.

I’m writing to let you know that [Company Name] will be transitioning our recruiting services from [Previous Solution Name] to Double Nickel.
Please consider this email our official notice to discontinue services as of [Contract End Date]. To support a smooth transition, we ask that you provide all of our data (including driver data, files, and termination records) as soon as possible following [Contract End Date].
For the export, we'd prefer it in XML format, with one file per subject, and documents included. We do not have any special cases or filtering requests.
If you need anything from us to move this along, please let us know. We appreciate your help and ask that you confirm receipt of this notice.
