How to Remove Users from Double Nickel

Learn how to remove users from your Double Nickel account.

⚠️ Note: You must have permission to remove users. If you do not currently have access, please reach out to your company’s Double Nickel Onboarding Lead to request it. To grant a user permission to remove users, please visit the guide here.

Steps to Remove a User

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Users

3. Click on the three dots

4. Click on Remove

5. Select a user to reassign the removed user's work to

6. Click on Remove User

Once confirmed, user removal will begin and reassignments will be processed.
