Add Leads & Applicants to Double Nickel

How to receive leads and applicants through links and integrations or add applicants to Double Nickel.

Updated over a week ago

Overview

There are three primary ways to add leads or applicants into the Double Nickel platform. Whether you're using tracking links, manually entering information, or receiving leads through integrations, this section will guide you through the available options.

1. Short-Form Application via Tracking Links

You can create unique tracking links that directs drivers to a simple interest form. Drivers can provide minimum required information such as:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

This form allows drivers to express their interest quickly and easily, and their details are automatically added to your applicant pipeline.

2. Manually Adding Applicants Through the Platform

To manually add a lead or applicant to the platform:

  1. Navigate to the Applicants list page.

  2. Click on the Actions button in the right-hand section of the page.

    1. From the dropdown, select Add Applicant.

  3. A pop-up will open, allowing you to enter the applicant’s details, including:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Phone Number

    • Email Address

    • Job Listing (select from available listings)

    • Tracking Link (choose the appropriate source)

Note: In order for the AI voice agent to make calls, you must add the applicant's email address.

3. Automatically Receiving Leads Through Integrations

If your platform is integrated with external sources (e.g., job boards, social media), leads can be automatically pushed into your applicant pipeline without any manual input.

This can be achieved by setting up a Zapier connection or through our API. Please reach out to the Double Nickel team if you have any questions!
