Click on the Applicants icon on the left-hand side

Click on the name of the applicant you want to call

Click on the applicant’s Phone Number in the top right corner

If you want to leave a pre-recorded voicemail, click Select Voicemail and choose the voicemail template you want to use from the dropdown

To start the call, click Call

If the applicant does not pick up and you'd like the voicemail to play, remain on the line for the pre-selected voicemail to play automatically—or record your own voicemail
