How to Turn Automations On or Off for an Applicant

In this section, we’ll show you how to pause or resume automations for a specific applicant directly from their profile. When automations are paused, none of the existing automation rules will trigger for that applicant until they are resumed.

Steps Turn Automations Off for an Applicant in Double Nickel

  1. From the sidebar, click on Applicants

  2. Click on the applicant’s profile

  3. In the applicant sidebar, click the three-dot menu next to the Application link

  4. Click Pause Automations

  5. Automations will be paused, and you will see the message “Automations Off”

Steps to Resume Automations for an Applicant in Double Nickel

1. Click the three-dot menu next to the Application link again

2. Click Resume Automations

Now you can easily pause or resume automations for an applicant whenever needed!
