Manage Incoming VOE Requests

Other carriers can send incoming VOE requests to Double Nickel by filling out a form or via email. You can learn how to share the instructions for incoming VOE requests and respond to requests using the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the VOE page

1. Click on VoE on the left hand navigation pane

Step 2: Option 1 - Copy and Send/Publish the VOE Request Link

1. Click on Actions in the top right corner

2. Click on Copy VoE request link

3. This link will take carriers to a form they can submit for VOE requests. You can share this link or publish it on your website

Step 2: Option 2 - Send Instructions via Email

1. Click on Actions

2. Click on Send instructions. An email with the request information will auto-populate

3. Enter or confirm the email address of the contact that needs to submit the request

4. Click Send

Step 3: View and Respond to Requests

1. Incoming requests will appear on the VOE page

2. Click on the incoming request to view the details and submit a response
