How to Resolve Login or Authentication Issues

In this section, we’ll show you how to resolve login or authentication-related issues by logging out and logging back in. This typically restores functionality if a page is not loading correctly or an application appears stuck.

Steps to Resolve Login or Authentication Issues

  1. Click the logout link below to end your current session:
    http://dashboard.getdoublenickel.com/logout

  2. After clicking the link, you will see a blank page. This is expected and means you have been successfully logged out.

  3. Log back in:

    • For Recruiters:

      • Sign back into your account using your email address and password

      • If MFA is enabled, enter the one-time code sent to your Authenticator app


    • For Drivers / Applicants:

      • Return to the application link

      • Enter your phone number

      • Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to you via text message

      • Continue filling out the application

      • After logging back in, the issue should be resolved

Now you can continue working or completing the application without interruption!
