Add Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to Double Nickel

To help keep your Double Nickel account secure, enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a verification code from your authenticator app in addition to your password.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

MFA adds an extra layer of security to your Double Nickel account by requiring a second verification step when you log in. This helps keep your data — and your drivers’ data — safer.

With MFA, you can:

  • Reduce unauthorized access – Even if a password is compromised, your account stays protected.

  • Protect sensitive driver and company data – Keep personal information and recruiting activity secure.

Steps to Enable MFA

Step 1: Install an Authenticator App

Before enabling MFA, install an authenticator app on your phone.
You can use any of the following:

  • Google Authenticator

  • Authy

  • Microsoft Authenticator

  • 1Password
