Where Incoming Calls Route & How to Update Your Call Settings

In this section, we’ll show you how incoming applicant calls are handled and how to choose where those calls go, including recording and transcription settings.

How to View & Update Your Call Settings

  1. From the sidebar, click on Settings

  2. Click on Company

  3. Click on Communications

  4. Click Edit

  5. Under Incoming Call Routing, choose where incoming calls should be routed

    • Company General Phone Number – routes all incoming calls to a main company line

    • Assigned Employee’s Phone Number – routes calls directly to the recruiter assigned to the applicant

  6. Select Call Transcription (Enabled or Disabled)

  7. Select Call Recording (Enabled or Disabled)

  8. Click Save

Now you can control how incoming calls are routed, ensure calls reach the right team members, and enable recordings or transcripts for better visibility and follow-up!
