How to View & Update Your Call Settings
From the sidebar, click on Settings
Click on Company
Click on Communications
Click Edit
Under Incoming Call Routing, choose where incoming calls should be routed
Select Call Transcription (Enabled or Disabled)
Select Call Recording (Enabled or Disabled)
Click Save
Now you can control how incoming calls are routed, ensure calls reach the right team members, and enable recordings or transcripts for better visibility and follow-up!
