Where to See Call Stats & How to Filter Them

In this section, we’ll show you where to view your Call Stats and how to filter them to better understand call activity and performance.

Steps to View Call Analytics

  1. From the sidebar, click on Call Stats

  2. Select the view you want to analyze (General or Call Conversion)

  3. (Optional) Click on Filters and select the categories you want to filter by

  4. (Optional) Select the date range you want to analyze

  5. Review your Call Stats

  6. (Optional) Switch between views by selecting the options at the top

    Now you can easily track and analyze your call performance!
