Steps to Share the Double Nickel Application Link:
Click on Job Listings.
2. Click on the job listing name.
3. Click on the blue box next to the lead source tracking link name to copy the link.
Tip: Create tracking links for each of your lead sources. For example, if the link will be posted in Facebook Ad, create a "Facebook" tracking link to attribute the lead to Facebook.
4. Share the link.
5. Applicants can navigate to the link to fill out the short-form information.
6. After filling out short-form information, applicants can click Complete my application now to continue to the full DoT application. The submitted short-form responses will be saved and auto-populated in their DoT application
Note: Once an applicant has submitted the short-form application, a unique link to their full DoT application will be created.
7. The applicant will be sent a 6-digit authentication code to verify their identify and complete their DoT application
Note: The phone number requesting verification must match the phone number submitted on the short-form application.
8. Once the applicant has submitted their DoT application, they can navigate back to their DoT application using their unique DoT application link. To copy an applicant's unique DoT application link:
1. Navigate to Applicant's profile
2. Click on the Application link in the top-right corner to copy the link
3. Send this link to the applicant to make edits or complete their DoT application
