In this section you will learn what your company application link is, where to find and copy it, how it gets set up, and why the application links you already share will keep working either way.
Overview
Your company application link is a single, easy-to-share link that takes any driver to their application with your company. It looks like this:
When an applicant opens the link, they verify their identity with a 6-digit code sent by text, then land directly in their application with your company. Unlike the unique per-applicant application link, your company link is the same for everyone — each applicant simply signs in and is taken to their own application.
Note: Once your company link is set up, the application link used in your saved SMS/email templates and automations (the Application Link variable) automatically points to this company link too.
How to Get Your Company Link
Your company link uses a short, custom name for your company (for example, acme-trucking). Reach out to the Double Nickel team (see Have Questions or Need Help? below) with the name you would like, and we will set it up and confirm once it is ready.
Choose a name you will keep. Your company link points to your company's current custom name. If that name is later changed or removed, company links you already shared using the old name will stop working — you would need to share the updated link. For this reason, pick a name you plan to keep, and use your company link in places you can easily update, such as your website or job posts.
Where to Find and Copy Your Company Link
Once your company link is set up, you can copy it from any of these places.
1. From an applicant's profile
Open an applicant and click the Application link in the top-right corner to copy the link.
2. From a job listing
Go to Job Listings, click Actions, and choose Copy Full App Link. (The Copy Job Board Link option in the same menu copies your public job board instead.)
3. From Company Settings
Go to Settings → Company → General and find Company Slug. Everyone can view it and copy the link with the copy icon.
How Applicants Use Your Company Link
The driver opens your company link.
They enter their phone number and verify it with a 6-digit code sent by text.
They land directly in their application with your company.
Note: The phone number the applicant verifies with must match the phone number on their application. If an applicant opens the link but does not yet have an application with your company, they will be able to start one.
