How to Track Calls Made Outside of Double Nickel

In this section, you’ll learn how to manually register calls made outside of Double Nickel. This way, you can keep an accurate record of applicant engagement wherever the call happened.

Method 1: From the Profile View

  1. From the sidebar, click on Applicants

  2. Click on the position of the applicant

  3. Click on Calls

  4. At the bottom bar, select the date and time

  5. Click on Register Call

Method 2: From the Applicants List

  1. From the sidebar, click on Applicants

  2. Select the checkbox for the applicant you want to register a call for

  3. Click on Actions

  4. Click on Register Call

  5. Select a date and time

  6. Click Register

Method 3: From the Applicant Profile

  1. While in Applicants, click on the name of the applicant you want to review

  2. Click on Activity Log

  3. Click on Calls

  4. At the bottom bar, click on Enter date here…

  5. Select the date and time

  6. Click Register Call
