Steps to Create a Voicemail Template
From the sidebar, click on Settings
Under Templates, select Voicemail
Click on Create Template
Enter a Template Name
Click the box to upload your file (or drag and drop your file into the upload box)
Upload your MP3 file containing the voicemail recording (maximum size: 5MB)
Click Save to complete the setup
Send the Voicemail Template
From the sidebar, click on Applicants
Select the applicant you want to send the voicemail to
Click on the applicant’s Phone Number in the top right corner
Under the name, click Select Voicemail
Choose the Voicemail Template you want to use
Click Call to send the voicemail
Your voicemail template is now created and ready to send!
