By default, cal.com automatically creates Google Meet video links for scheduled events. If you’d prefer your Voice Agent meetings to be set as phone calls instead, this guide walks you through how to update your settings so all future bookings use a phone call format.

Updating this setting makes it easier for drivers to join their scheduled conversations, since most prefer simple phone calls over video-based meeting links.

1. Login in to cal.com.

2. Click on the 15 Min Meeting

3. Click on the Location dropdown

4. Select Attendee Phone Number

5. Click Save

Your future bookings will now reflect a phone call instead of a Google Meet.
